Manette Fest 2021

  • Each vendor booth is 10’ by 10’

  • Vendor booths do NOT have electricity or water.

  • Vendors must provide their own shelter.

  • Canopies must have weights.

Booth Cost:

  • $50 before 8/1

  • $60 after 8/1

  • $25 non-profit

  • $25 MBA members

Vendor Application

MANETTE FEST WILL HELD ON CONDITION OF STATE COVID 19 GUIDELINES. FEES WILL BE REFUNDED IF THE FESTIVAL IS CANCELED.

  • HOURS OF OPERATION – Sunday 10am-4pm

  • SET-UP – is 7-9am. Entry will be at 11th and Pitt ONLY. Vendors will receive instruction and booth location assignments at that time and location. All vehicles must be clear of East 11th Street by 9am.

  • No take down allowed before 4pm. Vehicles will not be allowed to enter East 11th street until after 4pm.

  • INSURANCE is the responsibility of each vendor.

  • VENDOR BOOTHS – Manette Fest only provides the space. The vendor is responsible for tables, chairs, canopies etc. Canopies must be weighted down and secured against wind.

  • SECURITY- Vendors assume all liability for the security of their product and the conduct of all individuals manning, set up and take down of their booth(s).

  • NON-PROFIT – must submit a copy of non-profit status with application.

  • RESTROOMS – portable restrooms will be provided. Please use them and not the local businesses.

  • GARBAGE – vendors must provide at least one trash receptacle with a di possible liner for public use. FOOD vendors must supply a 32 gallon receptacle. Trash must be emptied by vendor at the designated location provided by the festival.

  • VENDORS – all permits, licensing and insurance will be the vendors responsibility. None will be provided or covered by Manette Fest. Food service must comply with Heath department regulations and fire safety regulations. Direct inquiries to: Kitsap Health District 360-728-2235, Bremerton Fire Department 360-473-5380.

 

CANCELLATION – after August 27, 2021 NO refunds will be issued
